ecomate® Family of circular, multiway connectors provide an IP65 thru IP69K rating range (in mated condition) for indoor/outdoor industrial applications and feature robust, durable, plastic or metal construction with either a circular bayonet, a quick-locking automatic, or a rapid coupling system option. With a max. amperage/voltage range of 56A-300A/600V-1000V, depending on the series, our ecomate® Family of products are perfect for a wide range of Factory Automation, Industrial, Heavy Equipment, Heavy Duty, Transportation, and Entertainment/Lighting markets. The ecomate® Plastic connectors feature circular designs with 3+PE and 6+PE contacts, housings made from premium molding materials, straight or angled cable housings, IP65/67 protection in mated condition per DIN EN 60526, and options for clamping ring or internal strain relief.
The ecomate® Aquarius connectors are available in 6 shell sizes with 28 insert arrangements, providing mixed power and signal layouts, maximum ratings of 500V and 45A, a wire range of 10–28 AWG, and a bayonet coupling system. They are IP68/IP69k rated in mated condition, corrosion resistant, offer flexible contact solutions, and use thermoplastic UL94-VO housings.
The ecomate® RM connectors are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, with EMI/RMI shielding capability when paired with the appropriate backshell. They operate in temperatures from -40°C to +105°C, or -40°C to +125°C with silicone-sealed parts ending in 03, and support up to 500 mating cycles. They offer high-density contact arrangements, require separate ordering of contacts and cord grips, and are UL ECBT2 certified.
The ecomate® C16-3 Series connectors provide up to 20 contacts in one unit, hybrid inserts for combined power and signal wiring, and IP65 protection in mated condition. They accommodate wire gauges up to 6mm² / AWG10, use encoding without loss of contact position via insert angular positioning, are built with high-quality molded materials per UL94-V0, and carry VDE, UL, and CSA approvals.
