| Amphenol presents award to PEI-Genesis for fastest European growth
International franchised assembling distributor PEI-Genesis has been officially recognised by connector manufacturer Amphenol Industrial Operations as the company’s fastest growing European distributor during 2007.
PEI-Genesis increased sales of Amphenol Industrial Operations (AIO) products from $760,000 in 2006 to $1.5million in 2007 and was recently presented with an award to mark this achievement.
Specialising in connectors for industrial, transportation, aerospace and defence applications, PEI-Genesis offers an unrivalled 48-hour assembly service across Amphenol’s extensive range of industrial connectors, as well as its MIL-DTL-38999 product lines.
The award was presented to PEI’s European general manager David Jones (centre in picture) by AIO’s European business development manager Arthur Heijmerikx (left) and corporate distribution director Richard A. Jacobs.
“Sales of AIO products have been particularly buoyant over the last 2 years,” said David Jones, “and we are very pleased to have received this award in recognition of our efforts.”
